QUIET VOLCANO7?????

Any ideas how can I "quiet down" a Thermaltake VOLCANO 7 Variable Fan Speed Control, without loosing the cooling performance?
At full load it runs between 3900 and 4100 RPM with temperatures for cpu in the 42 to 44 C ans 33 to 34C in the case
Until 3900 RPM is bearable but once it gooes over 4000RPM it is noisy?

I ended up placing the variable fan on mine with a panaflo 80mm fan and hooking that up to mbo sped control....stays super quiet....relatively just as cool...no probs whatsoever. Any 80mm fan should work though as well....you dont have to use thermaltakes gear (although i know the fan was what u pay for with that heatsink )
