Quiet HSF options for A64?

I have an Athlon 64 3200+ and Thermaltake Venus 7+ from the AMD promotion bundle. The TT has a very respectable heat sink, and on top is a 70mm (?) Delta fan that is by my standards just too loud. Are there any good quiet cooling HSF choices for the A64? How about good heat sinks that take an 80mm fan? I've got plenty of Pabst and Silencer fans around I'd be happy to spare for such an endeavor.
 
Your Venus 7+ is loud? I can't get the damn thing to go above 3000 RPM and it makes my CPU roasting!!!
