Quiet HS/Fans?

I'm currently using a Thermaltake Dragon Org 3+ on my 1.4 Ghz athlon system.
My idle temp is 39 C at 1522Mhz which is fine for me, except that the damn thing
is too loud! I was looking at replacing it with an alpha 8045 sink, but I'm not sure
what fan to get for it that won't sound like a freaking hairdryer. Can anybody
recommend a quiet 80mm fan that will provide good cooling, or possibly
a completely different HS fan combo?

i think panaflo's are known for their quietness, or do a search on low-decibal fans. anything producing around 20-ish decibels is quiet. i'm using the slim black-label delta fans, and they're not too loud either, but they're not 80mm fans

Under 28DBA is quiet. My LianLi PC60 came with 31CFM/28DBA Adda fans. Very quiet. Replaced them with 40CFM/32SBA Panflos. Can tell a difference... not much, but enough that I bought a PCMods rheobus to slow things down and be very quiet when I'm not playing CS.
