QUIET cooling: which HSF, power supplies, case fans are best?

I've got the overclocking bug, but I also keep my machines in my room (and soon near my home theater) so I want them as quiet as possible.

I know about quietpc.com, And that's probably where I'll buy power supplies from, but what good HSFs are out there that are QUIET? Are there any good ones under 30db? What about aftermarket case exhaust fans?

First thing I believe you should check out. They make pretty good, but expensive stuff.
