quiet cooler for athlon 64 3000 939 90mm

Hiya.

I'll be purchasing an athlon 64 3000 939 90mm tomorrow (hopefully!) but I can't determine which cpu cooler to go with. I am very sensitive to noise, but at the same time I'd like to overclock it to 2.4-2.6ghz. Does anyone have any suggestions for a fan/heatsink that can handle this without any noise? 🙂
