I'm thinking about putting dynamat in my computer case to try and absorb noise has anyone here performed this before. If
 
Most of us haven't. rubber carpet padding and rubbery mouse pads work pretty well. I can't recall the name, but there's some sort of good cheap stuff you can get from McMaster-Carr that's supposed to be pretty awesome.
