quiet cases. any retails?

im not into modding cases, since im not handy.
are there any available cases off the shelf which are quiet with ps and intake n outake fans included? ....or maybe retails that sell modded cases already?

the easiest mod i can think of doin myself is glueing those insulators like most peop here suggested, but wouldnt that increase the temperature? n not safe for the chips?
