Quiet But Cool Setup

I'm looking for a case that has good cooling for a p3 700e @ 933 but that is also not very loud. I'd prefer a case that had good power supply and fans that came with it so I wouldn't have to shop for case, power supply, and fans seperately. What do you guys think?
 
Well I ordered an antec sx830 and it has smart power power supply which is supposed to be 40% quieter. You would be better off though just buying a case and then buy a quiet power supply.
 
I have the Antec SX1030 and the power supply is very silent. When I had it turned on outside of the case for testing purposes I had to hold my hand in front of the fan to make sure it was going. With that and 4 Panaflo L1A's that I got from www.peerlesselectronics.com for $3 a piece it is almost silent and very cool as well (around 100 F with my 600 coppermine at 870 with 1.85v). Now to get a quiter HSF than the GOrb I will be in quiet computing heaven.
