Quiet 70x70x15 fan

As the title says, I'm looking for a quiet 70x70x15 fan. Cheap would be nice too!

Not so sure about "cheap" -- I think the fan I'm thinking of cost me $13.

It is a "tip-magnetic" fan, and I forgot the name of the manufacturer. It is -- indeed -- 70x15mm, very quiet. Since there is no "motor assembly" at the hub, it has higher than average airflow for fans that size -- the hub is rather small.

Check the specialty houses -- FrozenCPU, CoolerPC, Jabtec, Performance PC, CrazyPC, Sidewinder Computers, SVC, etc. and run a web-search on "tip magnetic fan."

If the thickness isn't really critical, I use an Evercool EC7025M12CA ball-bearing unit on my Sock-A CPU cooler. It's not so quiet at full speed, but dial it back with a fan controller and it quiets down nicely and still moves more air than a 15mm model. I got mine from Nexfan before they scr..ed the pooch but I've seen 'em elsewhere including the Egg. But don't buy fans there unless along with a larger order as they charge too much for shipping. They weight under three ounces, so shipping by first class mail is a possibility. I've seen them on eBay too.
