Quiet 120mm for V1000?

I love my new Lian-Li V1000, but the 120mm fans are kinds noisy. Can anyone recommend a quieter fan (maybe one that even pushes more air)? Thanks!
 
Watch out, those Panaflos are 38mm deep and won't fit in the front fan slot (the one with the removeable grill thing in front of the hard drives), so only expect to use it in the back one.
