Quicktime Question

I've got a friend I wanted to show the new LOTR trailer, but unfortunately his version of quicktime is not up to date and he has no net access. Does anyone know where I can find a fully downloadable version of the quicktime installer so that I can pass it to him on CDRW?

i dont think thats what hes asking for...thats not a full download upgrade. you have to download the player components as you install. i think he was asking for an executable or something that would install the whole thing without any more downloads.

I used that and installed Q/T 5 from scratch on a new system. I followed this:

Well to use that installer, you need net access, right? That is his friend's problem...

I couldn't find a place to d/l the whole thing without installing it, sorry. I hate QT! :frown:
