Quicktime or Windows Media Player for videos?

I use either the free Quicktime or Winamp to play videos. Is Windows Media Player 9 better? I have'nt downloaded it yet and won't if it's not any better for videos than what I already have.

i use VLC, supports pretty much any format out of hte box (except wmv?)

out of those two though, wmp, i don't think you can even full screen qt without paying for the pro version

Of the two choices, this is certainly the best.

Both have their advantages. I love the live scrubbing on Quicktime though

WMP 10 because of THIS

It just looks nice, and it correlates with MSN Messenger to display what song I'm listening to for all my friends, because I want everyone to know what I'm listening to 24/7 . The other small window is actually WMP 10 in its Skin Mode.
