Quicktime and Windows XP?

I don't know if this is the place for this thread, but I was wondering if anyone else was having problems running Quicktime 5.0 with Windows XP. My system used to be able to run quicktime movies but since I upgraded from 2000 to XP I have haven't been able to watch trailers, etc. with quicktime and I often get the Blue Screen of Death and have to reboot. Any ideas?

My first idea would be that cross posting (3 threads in 2 forums) is a bad thing to do. Next I would think you should look to see if there are any quicktime updates.

With XP you need to upgrade to 5.02. Works just fine.
