I installed QuickTime 7 on one of my systems. I installed without the itunes as I have no need for it.
Anyway, it works great, maybe even better then 6, but very often when I seek back and forth through a clip it freezes requiring me to kill it. I installed the latest version and it is still happening.
Anybody else have this problem, or have any ideas of how to fix it.
I could try go to back to 6 but I would rather not, and I am sure there was a reason I upgraded to 7 although I don't remember.

Edit: I do have MediaPlayerClassic with QuickTime Alternative which definitely works most of the time but there are some files that it just does not like.
