I bought an item a few weeks ago and now the price is lower. Will they price adjust?

Update: Dang, that was fast! I sent the an email requesting the price adjustment. A few hours later a CSR replied and had credited me the difference. SWEET! That's some good customer service.

 

It doesn't hurt to call.

Yes they do. They did it for my 256MB compact flash.

yes, amazon has one of the best customer service depts.

I bought a linksys router, appeared to work fine....sent the upc in for rebate then it died....or perhaps never worked right to begin with.

My new one arrived Friday and I called them at 2am Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

That's service to me.
