Any ideas on what's the quickest way to lose 10-15 pounds off their body weight? Thanks for yout time.
 
Thanks for the suggestion Haircut, but w/o my arm, I'd type eveen slower if that's possible 😱
 
IF you are strictly looking to lose that much weight in a short period of time and you don't care if it comes back on a week later, just cut down on the amount you drink AKA dehydrate yourself. That is what most short term weight loss is anyway.
If you want to keep it off, don't go looking for quick results. Diet and exercise is the best way to go.
 
I lost 10 pounds in 2-3 weeks on the atkins diet. 2 months later though i've gained a few pounds back thoguh.
 
There was an article in maxim this month about losing weight.

Cut your daily calorie intake by 250 calories. That's about one 20oz bottle of coke. Get some exercise each day, jog for 15 minutes or walk for 30. That should cut your caloric intake by 500 calories a day total (skipping 250 of them and burning 250 with exercise.) According to the article, a person can lose about one pound a week this way.

It's not the fastest, but its the easiest (come on, how hard is it to find 1/2 an hour to walk around the neighborhood and forgo the bottle of coke on the morning commute) and probably the healthiest.
