quickest way to clear up a facial breakout?

i have a fair complexion and my face randomly broke out, probably due to tons of sweating no thanks to the high humidity lately. What's the best and quickets way to clear up my face? Has anybody tried those facial masks?

the most important thing is to keep your hands away from your face and drink plenty of water...exercise is probably good for it, too.
