Quicken H&B 2001 + XP woes

I recently upgraded my uncle's PC to a fresh install of XP. He uses Quicken Home & Business 2001. After reinstalling Quicken, we noticed that it would give a 'Could not find printer' error when trying to print in several areas of the program. I updated Quicken to the most recent release and haven't been able to find any other help on their site.

Anyway, I was hoping someone here may have found a fix.
