Quicken for Palm- Need an ATers review or alternate suggestions.

Just bought a Palm V from the For Sale/Trade forum.

Primarily going to use it to keep my checking account straight.

Has anyone used Quicken for Palm OS? Did you like it?

Any alternate suggestions?

Before I shell out the 20-40 bucks to buy it I'd like to know if it sucks or not.

Hey there. I found it to be a very useful piece of software for my Palm (Handspring). I have used the Quicken products for years and once I got my Palm a friend told me about Quicken for the Palm. I got it and put it on...now I never forget a ATM/Debit Card receipt since I can enter it right away on my Palm. Then when I am home I sync with my desktop and it updated my Quicken data on the desktop.

I definately think it is a worthwhile product.

Try PalmGear and look under the "Finance" section. You should be able to find a bunch of personal finance organization apps.

Pocket Quicken works great on my palms and syncs directlt with quicken easily. If you check around on the internet you might find the older version 1.1 for cheap (or free), but I don't know which versions of desktop quicken that is compatable with.

I don't have anything negative to say about it.
