Quicken Crashes on Win XP

I'm running Quicken 2002 Deluxe on Windows XP O/S. Does anyone else see that quicken crashes when running internet explorer 6 on XP ? It usually will crash if i use the run command in the start menu and go to a website.

I haven't experienced such a problem...

No tech support or ideas from me - just casting a vote in the "no problem here" category.
