quicken 2k & win2k problem - ideas?

folks,

i'm running quicken 2000 under win2k pro & have an annoying problem: every time i do web access i have to walk thru the whole internet setup process again! for some reason quicken isn't saving this data after the first time i run it. this is getting really old! any idea how to fix this? i've tried searching the registry for the switch that disables this process, but i can't find it. arggggg!
