This may be a hot deal on a great software - this week (7/26 -8/1/04) COSTCO has an extra $60 INSTANT rebate off their warehouse price of $219.90 which makes it $159.90 OTD. Now there is a MIR of $120 from Intuit bringing it down to under $40 + tax

P.s.: COSTCO is a union run pro democratic party warehouse CLUB and you will need either a membership ($40 or so) or a friend who has one...

P.p.s: all of the above do not deter me from taking advantage of their deals

Most Quickbooks rebate offers require ownership of a previous version. May want to specify whether this is the case, or not.

and I think most Quickbooks upgrade rebates require the original rebate form from inside the box....and the version sold at Costco and Sam's club don't have the rebate forms in them.....at least they didnt when I bought one back in Feb. I was able to pricematch to Staples for a box with the rebate form in it.

Or just get your rebate directly from Intuit.

I wish I'd seen that in Feb. I called Intuit was on hold for 20 mins and finally told you had to have the rebate from inside the box "because of special pricing" at some retailers.
