Quickbooks 2012 Enterprise integration with BigCommerce

BigCommerce doesn't officially support Enterprise versions of Quickbooks; does this just mean I have to do it without tech support or is Enterprise different enough that it's actually a significantly more difficult task? Anyone have experience with this?

Quickbooks Enterprise barely works out of the box. I would not attempt to install any add-ons that don't have explicit support for it.

It'd still be using the Quickbooks Web Connector, which does have explicit support for Enterprise. BC just doesn't have explicit support for using QWC with Enterprise.

In any case I'm running a test copy on my machine (I don't use QB normally) so it's not like I'm gonna make a mess or anything.
