Quick wireless network question

I have a central Ethernet port for my apartment, I want to set up a wireless network but my desktops don't have wireless cards. If I pick up a couple Linksys WRT150N can I use those to connect them?

Yes. With that router you will be able to have a wireless network. In order to do this, you will also need to buy wireless adapters as well.

I was hoping to avoid buying wireless adapters for my desktops. Is it possible to run cords from the second router? I remember people doing this with the WRT45G set in... client mode I believe it was?

A Router in Client mode is a Wireless Card.

Any Wireless needs a source, and a client.

Having two Routers one as a Router and one in Cleint mode is a Good solution.

However, most Routers are Not capable to work in client mode (the WRT54GL flashed with DD-WRT can).

So, read the data sheets and make sure that whatever you choose can do Client Mode.
