I recently bought two of the XFX Geforce 6600s off of Monarch because they had a $30 rebate.

However, you CANNOT get the rebate on two or more cards. Buy two, you still only get $30 back.

I talked to Monarch, they sent me to XFX. XFX said only $30 per address/individual.

Just so you know.

That has always been the case w/ ALL rebates unless stated otherwise. Apparently you either didn't read the rebate fine print or you can't read.

Im sorry I didnt download the rebate form prior to purchasing. I assumed, that like every other retailer in the world, the rebate applies to everything you buy.

Since when does a rebate apply to everything you buy??

It applies to a specific product under the terms of the agreement, which very often limits you to 1 rebate per household . Don't blame Monarch or XFX for your mistake.

And this is in the wrong forum

Y'all really are rude. Here is a guy just trying to give a heads up to folks so they don't make the same assumption that he did and you crucify him for it. What is wrong with you people? Do you get some sick charge out of belittling someone who is trying to help others? This kind of stuff really shocks me from a group of folks that ought to be reasonably intelligent people. I hope everyone making comments about this guy being stupid or insinuating the same feel real good about themselves and may every one of you find yourselves on the short end of the stick.

Seeing as no one mentioned it, I would just order the cards individually & send in individual rebates. One for a work address or a neighbor or something

Because he assumed. You know, ASS out of U and ME. But as others have said - one would be smart to read the terms of any rebate before purchase. This guy didn't.

ROFL! You should ALWAYS read the fine print! The very little words that say blah blah blah...limit 1 rebate per customer and per household...blah blah blah...
