If I install vista oem and then change my vid card and ram will I need to buy another copy of vista? Thanks.

It really depends on the game. Most games should do fine with 2GB. But there are some games like BF2 and some others that will not do well with just 2GB and Vista.

As a more complete answer -- it's just like WinXP. You can change out anything except the motherboard and still be able to use your same OEM copy. You may have to call MS to get an activation code if you have made too many changes or reactivated too many times over the internet recently.
