increase fluid intake, i think its the amount of fluids that determine the color, not the content, drink a gallon of water in a couple of hours, and it should be all clear

I've been drinking nothing but water for almost two weeks, yet my urine is still the same color as it was when i was drinking cola and coffee and all that stuff. I figured it would be nice and clear right now. Any serious answers to why this is happening? :brokenheart:

What color is it?
Your lymphatic system could be highly saturated with toxins and waste products right now, and so could your liver.
My recommendation:
Pick up a bottle of Red Clover supplements (helps flush toxins from your liver)
Do stretches first thing in the morning (helps flush toxins from your muscles)
Drink 1 beer (helps flush toxins from your kidneys - only 1 though!)
Increase your water intake a little, also drink hot herbal tea (green tea, rose hips, raspberry, mint). Report back to us in 2 weeks.

I'd go with the excess vitamin intake reason as well... if in fact you pop some vitamin pills.
I take Vitamin C, E and B complex every day and the pee is usually yella after that, no matter how much I drink.
makes sense, even if it is utterly wrong.Originally posted by: dxkj
If urine is clear, that means its not carrying bad stuff out of your body (mostly).
Urine should only be clear after you drink a lot of alcohol, or drink way more water than your body needs.
This is why, if you dont drink much water, urine is darker in color, and the more you drink, the lighter it is.
Makes sense?

Haha...quick as in I wasn't going to give the epic tale of the adventures of my urine. 😀
