Picked this up off the net and tried it. looks good. In config.sys put "stacks=0,0" without the quotes. it's supposed to make Windows kernel run faster.It increased my Sandra memory benchmark by 50 points.Use at your own risk 'cause I sure the hell don't know why it works or what it does.
 
The STACKS command is used to configure the number of data stacks used to handle hardware interrupts. In DOS, this number needed to be specified, but under Windows 9x, the number of stacks is dynamically allocated unless explicitly set in CONFIG.SYS.
