Quick TV troubleshooting question

"When you turn on the TV it has a clear picture but the color is just a bit off. As it starts to warm up, about 5 - 10 minutes into watching it, it will flash green really quick for a couple of times then the picture is very sharp the way it is suppose to be. As I said, we use it everyday and it's just a minor problem that doesn't really impact the picture except in the first 5 - 10 minutes. Also, if you turn it off after it's been on for a bit and has done it's thing, and it's not long before you turn it on again then sometimes it doesn't even do it."

What does this sound like, and would you buy such a TV? They're asking $150 for it, but price is negotiable. (37" btw)
 
No model number = no answer.

Sounds like the infamous "green flash", but I can't recall who was plagued by this. In otherwords - do not buy.
