How do I import my ICQ list?

I have it in my ICQ folder...but I can't seem to find the dialogue for importing ICQ lists....
 
dont know i only use AIM with it. you might have to load them all manually.

I always hated that about ICQ never saved teh buddy list
 
ICQ does save the list...trillian just doesn't download it..


The thing is, the first time I installed trillian, I imported it using the first time dialogue...now I accidentally closed that dialoge and I can't find it!
