Quick Tax question

Any pro's on taxes around here? I was just wondering what's the max you can make to get all your taxes back. I heard somewhere that if you make under a certain amount you get your taxes back...

Which will be "bankrupt" in 2052 and then "only" able to pay 71% of promised benefits. We'd better go 3 trillion more into debt to fix this now!!
