USPS First Class.

Do you need to insure it?

i think he's asking for shipping materials

get a padded envelope. should be good enough. its only sdram. worth nothing. probably wont get damaged anyway

Wouldn't regular Saran Wrap work? Paper towel... packing peanuts... list goes on... inside a padded envelope.

Yea cuz those dont have a lot of static.😕

Use one of those video mailer boxes that people use for video cards. Someone sent me a card once wrapped up in a plastic shopping bag inside one of those. Don't know if thats a good idea. Anyway putting it in an envelope and wrapping it with newspaper should be antistatic right? Then put it inside the the video mailer.

Just goto the post office and ask for a "free" pri mail box as small as they have crinkle up some news paper and put the ram in a sandwich bag and then the crinkled up paper around it for padding... that should be just fine like that... believe me I have recieved worse pack jobs that have made it safe.. but why take a chance... and I would do delivery confirmation just to cover your self that way they cannot say I never got it... 40 cents that is well spent in my opinion...
