Quick Reply???

So...I installed FireFox to mess around with and all of a sudden there is a quick reply feature in these forums that IE doesn't see.

That's cool...I like quick reply. The problem is that when you type something in the quick reply box and hit the tab key, it takes you to the top of the page instead of to the "reply" button. If this is intended to be a quick reply...the tab order should be fixed so that when you finish typing your reply you can hit "tab, space" and be done with it, rather than having to fool with your mouse. Kinda takes away the "quick" from "quick reply"

oh imagine having to move the mouse...the world is such a hard place!

Quick Reply is in IE as well and has been for a long time. You have to enable it, though.

i agree. it makes sense to have the Reply button as the next tab stop.

Yeah, it's been driving me nuts for a while. Tab works in the Reply box, but not quick reply.

They might as well call it "Slow Reply" then.

I just wish you could have the button bar for Links and such down by the quick reply box. But I always use Quick Reply
