Yeah, make some pancakes (salty ones) - make sure you don't get the pastry too thick, and try to cook them thin.
Fry some minced meat on a frying pan with a little olive oil. When the meat is completely well cooked and totally granular, add a can of chopped tomatoes to the minced meat. Add some basil, oregano and thyme... leave it simmering in low temperature for 30 minutes (less if you want to make it quick - 5 minutes would do... this is a good time to make those pancakes).
When its done (and is a little dryer), add some of the sauce to the middle of a pancake, and then roll it like a tube. Make 2 or 3 of these, then put it on an oven dish with some grated gruyère/gouda or similar cheese. Put it a very hot oven for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Grab a bear, and tub away!
