21" trinitron monitors(P275, P1110, etc.) have dual video inputs(one dvi, one vga). If you have a dual dvi video card, what type of cable is needed for the dvi connection: dvi-d, dvi-i, or dvi-a? Would a dvi-i work with all dvi-d/dvi-i connections?

Can anyone take/find a picture of the back(of the monitor) where the dvi cable goes?
