Will an athlon 1700 fit into this motherboard, ASUS A7N266-VM, with 256 PC2100 ram from crucial?

I just bought those things and I have them at home and I wanted to double check before I try to put it all together.

what do u mean fit? the socket a has not changed since its inception so yes it will fit. just update the bios and run your 1700.
