I'm making a brochure for school and one of the things I need is to have like a response form, questionnaire or survey.. For the survey, could I just use a poll like "What is your take on Computers" (For example
There are three answers like "I think they suck", I think they rock, "WTF is a computer" etc..? Not sure how else I'd structure this..

I know, those would be answers in the poll...

If the max. number of answers is three, I'd still keep it nice. You don't want your prof. to think you're a pervert, do you? I'd do it like this:

What is your take on computers?
-I use computers regularly.
-I never use computers.
-Computers?

Is everybody high tonight or something? Pervert? WTF? This isn't exactly my question, it has YET to be answered in this thread...

Then, what IS the question? I couldn't find a real question in your OP, OP.

" For the survey, could I just use a poll like "What is your take on Computers"" ???? (is not sure if I have the rigjt idea when it comes to a 'survey'.

a survey is ' a process for gathering information, without detailed verification, on the activity being examined'

what you need to do is gather information on the activity.

'What is your take on computers?' is not only a very open-ended question but it is also intertwined with some vernacular (take)

I would suggest a more precise question that will have answers that can easily be categorized.

For example: if you find computes to be helpful, what is it esactly that they help you with the most?

a) writing
b)sharing information
c)organizing information
d)communication

etc

It was just an example, it's not even close to what my topic is about but yes I see that the question should be more specific, but otherwise I can essentially use that type of question and answer situation (A POLL) for the survey thing, right?

that is for your teacher to define.

In fact, not only must I grade your work an F, but with your poor attitude and your easy inclination for cheating, I must also report you to the Dean, and recommend expulsion for such behavior.
