Probably.

It fits the 6800, 7 series, and my 8800 GT.

If it has the same mounts as the 8800GT, then yes.

I also say probably. Zalman's web site is woefully out of date regarding compatibility. You could try sending a message to Zalman Tech Support:

There are even specific instructions on this page about questions regarding compatibility.
