Quick question regarding cpu temp vs. case temp

My CPU (idle) runs in the range of 15-20*C warmer than my ambient case temp... is that acceptable? The system's a Athlon XP 1600+ @ 2100+ on an Epox 8K3A+, using an AX-7 w/ an Antec LED fan & some AS3... 2 Sunon 80mm intake, 1 of the same outtake, plus a dual-fan Enermax PSU blowing out. Case temps, depending on the time of day, are usually in the range of 27-32*C (no air conditioning sucks), but would probably be a bit lower if the case was in a different part of the room. So anyway, for instance, right now I'm at 28 case and 45 CPU... does that sound about right?
