Quick question: Is this a good enough PSU?

I need a cheap case but that is good looking and has a good PSU so I figure the best way would be to buy the PSU and case separate. The Sparkle in question is only $18, and I figure I might loose a little on shipping but I think I would end up with a good case and a quality PSU for $50 shipped compared with maybe getting an iffy generic case w/PSU for $50 shipped.

But is this 300w enough? My system is in the sig. Barton 2.2ghz, 2x256mb ram, 2 7200rpm hard drives, 1 cdrom, 1 cdrw, no pci cards for the lazy.

edit: THe individual rail ratings seem kinda low. Most of the cheap cases have just as good of ratings. Usually about 28/35/14-16.

What about a Fortron 350w then to be safe? I mean I'm running the above system in an old Inwin 300w and have had no PSU-related problems that I am aware of.

Antec PSUs are way over my budget. It's coming out to like $60 as it is.
