Quick Question - How do you disable all desktop icons in Windows XP

I know how to remove all of them except the recycle bin one.

also, how do you take off the Outlook one too?

Right-click -> Arrange Icons By -> Show Desktop Icons

hmmm.... that made my wallpaper disappear.

I have nothing on my desktop I even put the recycle bin on the start menu

you drag it down into the start menu... you might also have to get tweakui from microsoft... cant quite remember how I did it, but my desktop is clean
