quick question-ghost

When you ghost your drive do you format it 1st than use the disks or do u just bootup with the ghost disk

i already made the disk like 1 month ago. How do i restore it... do i format than use the disk or just ghost ontop of this installtion?

(its on 2 cd r's)

so it will just go over this one. Its only been 5 weeks and my bloated my os lol. Will this image restore it to a fast windows without a format.

Better question. I guess ghost formats auto.
