Quick Question for Call of Duty Players with v1.5 patch

do you have a folder named "pb" in the Call of Duty folder? I don't. I keep getting kicked by Punkbuster for things such as "No packet flow" and "PB init Failure". I have reinstalled the game numerous times and applied the patch many times from different sources. I have played it before without these errors on the same setup.
 
For Call of Duty, I installed the version 1.4 patch and THEN I installed the version 1.5 patch. That seemed to work for me.
