I'm about to preorder an item with them, I just need to know if i can cancel the order at anytime as long as they haven't shipped it without a charge? Thanks for a quick response. I would assume they do this just like newegg or zzf but dont know.
 
once order, you got like 15-30 min to hit cancel off the order history page.. else when it reaches their warehouse.. it might be too late to cancel.. a few times the order said sent to warehouse, it was already being process for shipment so they "can't" stop it..
