Quick question about BIOS Flashing

Kay, have the flasher, have the BIOS, now just need a DOS disk, cause winme sucks... anyone recommend a good place, or tell me what I need to be able to flash this BIOS?
 
Do you have a win98 bootdisk handy? If so, boot from that win98 bootdisk, and type "FORMAT A:/S"... it should then prompt you for a new disk to format...

If you dont have a win98 bootdisk, go to bootdisk.com and download it...
