quick question about 1and1 permissions for my site.

thats my site and there are sub folders in there and im wondering what i need to do so that people can see the different folders in there... i tried going iin with chmod to 755 and it still doesnt let me see the folders...

anyone know?

First clear the .htaccess file, then try a 7777 chmod, but a 755 should also do it.

i dont see the .htaccess file in the main directory...=

i just added a .htaccess file with Options +Indexes in it.
