Quick processor install question Athlon 2200

What should be the optimum range of temps for an Athlon 2200 (not a Thorton core) - when under stress from the Mersieene Prime Stress test program? I was using a Duron which I believe just runs cooler. . .

well u probly want around 40-45 C

It started at 45c when turned on. Now it is at 50c after being under 100% stress for over 20 minutes. This is with some silver paste on the core and a Speeze fan. . .

Sound right?
