Quick potato question

I have some potatoes here that aren't moldy, but are growing the little root things. Can I just pull them off and eat the potato? Or am I out of potatoes? 🙁
 
lol, when they start growing sprouts, that just means eat them fast...they don't really get moldy. A potato is a root, it starts growing...if you let the sprouts grow too big, the potato just dries up because the sprouts are taking all of its moisture. You can take one of those potatoes and plant it in a pot...water it, and you will have a potato plant 😛
 
Yeah I sorta noticed it was as hard as a rock after I cooked it. Maybe I'll have to cook the next one in a bowl of water or something. 😕
