Quick poll: 21" monitor or not? Help me decide please!

I'm getting an offer for a 21" monitor, less than $200 shipped! I have a 9500Pro (not OCed) but will be getting a 9700Pro hopefully by tommorow. I use my compu primarily for gaming and mind-numbing research for my MBA crapola. I REALLY cant decide whether totake the plunge or not - since I already have 3 monitors: a 19" Sceptre Dragon Flat, a 17" Gateway and a 17" NEC. Usually I play games on the 19" and use the 17"s as dual monitors while doing research and stuff.

Here are some of the specs:

Hitachi 21" (viewable 20")
Max res 1600 x 1200 @ 75hz
0.22 mm DP
The tube type is Shadow Mask


Should I ... or should I not?

I'd get it only if it is flatscreen and supports at least 1600x1200@85hz, if not 1920x1440 (?) @ 75hz.
What brand/model? Trinitron? Aperture grill or Shadow mask? (do they even make Shadowmask 21"??)

Also keep in mind that 21" monitors have gigantic footprints. They give off a lot of heat. Exhume a lot of radiation.
