Quick Pocket PC question

is "Windows Mobile (Microsoft Pocket PC 2003)" the latest OS for Pocket PC?

also, does anyone know if the iPaq 1935 comes with a headphone adaptor?

Pocket PC 2003 is the latest. They just recently changed the name of Pocket PC to Windows Mobile, but I dont think anything new came out with the name change.
